Colour:bright greenish yellow with amber tones.
Aromas: frank aromas of broken green tomatoes and tomato plants, basil, nuts and a smoky aftertaste
Taste: a soft and mellowed texture, with a slight spicy finish that reveals the quality of its polyphenols (antioxidants), which guarantee a positive evolution over time.
